Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L. ("Company"), governing your use of the AI CleanPro mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the App

AI CleanPro is a device optimization and storage management utility that provides:

• Storage analysis and prediction of future storage capacity.
• Local scanning of the device's photo library to identify large videos, screenshots, and duplicate or similar photos.
• Tools to analyze and manage email subscriptions and promotional messages via Gmail integration.
• An AI-powered chat assistant providing personalized insights regarding digital storage habits.
• Manual and automated ("Smart Clean") data removal tools.

Some features are free. Premium features require a paid subscription as described in Section 4.

3. User Accounts & Third-Party Access

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information if you choose to create an account or link third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth for Gmail access).
• Keep your device and account credentials secure.
• Understand that revoking permissions (such as Photo Library access or Gmail API access) will limit the App's functionality.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App utilizes an auto-renewing subscription model processed securely via the App Store and managed through RevenueCat.

Weekly Subscription

• Price: $6.99 per week (or local equivalent).
• Renewal: Automatically renews every 7 days unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Annual Subscription

• Price: $49.99 per year (or local equivalent).
• Trial: Includes a short-term introductory free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, the full annual amount is charged.
• Renewal: Automatically renews every 12 months unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

4.1 What Premium Unlocks

• Smart Clean functionality (one-tap deletion of selected files).
• AI-powered intelligent photo and duplicate selection.
• Mass unsubscribe actions for Gmail newsletters and spam.
• Unlimited access to the AI Chat assistant and personalized prompts.
• Continuous background monitoring and proactive storage alerts.

4.2 Free Tier Features

• Full device storage scanning and analytical predictions.
• Manual, one-by-one deletion of identified files.
• Limited interactions with the AI Chat assistant (subject to daily quotas).

4.3 Billing and Payment

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and must be requested via reportaproblem.apple.com. The Company cannot issue direct refunds.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App's API or AI features.
• Use the AI Chat feature to attempt to generate harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
• Abuse the Gmail integration for any purpose other than organizing your personal inbox.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, algorithms, graphics, and features are owned by GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

7. AI-Generated Content & Data Deletion Risk

• Data Deletion: The App provides tools to delete files from your device. You are solely responsible for reviewing any files (photos, videos, emails) before authorizing their deletion. The Company is not responsible for the accidental loss of important personal data or media.
• AI Estimates: The AI Chat responses and storage predictions (e.g., "Storage will run out in 14 days") are mathematical estimates based on usage patterns. They are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future device performance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will free up a specific amount of device storage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss (such as accidentally deleted photos). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Premium features or the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate this agreement by deleting the App and cancelling your subscription. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. EU consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
