AI CleanPro ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L., a company registered in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We are the data controller for information collected through the AI CleanPro mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
AI Chat Conversations: Text messages or voice queries you send to the AI assistant to generate responses about your device storage or mail. These queries are processed securely and are not stored permanently.
2.2 Device Access & Permissions (Crucial for Functionality)
To provide the core cleaning features, the App requires access to certain device capabilities. We prioritize local processing:
- Photo Library (Photos & Videos): We request access to your photo library to identify large files, duplicates, and screenshots. This analysis happens locally on your device. We do not upload your personal photos or videos to our servers or third-party AI models.
- Gmail Account Access: If you use the email cleaning feature, you grant us permission to access your Gmail via Google OAuth. We only scan metadata (sender, categories like "Promotions") to identify spam and subscriptions.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, total/free storage space, and app version (used by the AI to predict storage burn rate).
- Usage Data: Features used, session duration, and interaction with AI insights — used strictly to improve the app experience.
- Crash Reports: Anonymized error logs to fix bugs.
- Purchase Data: Subscription status managed via the Apple App Store (we do not receive or store your payment card details).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the AI CleanPro app and its cleaning algorithms.
- Calculate storage usage trends and provide personalized predictions (e.g., when your storage might run out).
- Process and manage your subscription through Apple.
- Analyze anonymized usage trends to improve features and fix issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Features and Data Processing
AI CleanPro includes an AI-powered assistant designed to help you analyze your digital habits.
- When you use the AI Chat, your text prompts and relevant storage metadata (e.g., "User has 14GB free space") are sent to our AI processing service to generate a contextual response.
- No personal media files (photos/videos) are ever sent to the AI.
- Conversations are not used to train global AI models without your explicit consent.
- The AI feature requires an internet connection to function.
5. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Gmail access to read email metadata (senders, categories) for the purpose of identifying newsletters and spam.
- We do not use your Gmail data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the app (analytics, AI processing APIs, customer support) — bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Apple: Subscription and purchase information is managed by the App Store platform.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions; they receive your anonymized purchase history.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or revoke Gmail access:
- Your associated personal data and cached metadata are deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for up to 2 years.
8. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw Consent: You can revoke Photo Library or Gmail access at any time through your device settings or Google Account security settings.
